Solved: New phone without signal

I recently a received an iPhone 5s and a new nano sim from O2 but I have no signal, any idea what I need to do (have tried switching off and on!)

You may need to do a sim swap if it is an upgrade ?

Sounds like youi need to do the sim swap. Once done your old sim will lose signal. At that point reboot your iphone at regular intervals until you get a signal.
