Hi all.

Just got a new phone with 6 months Netflix free.I'm already a Netflix customer with the full 4K package.Would it be possible to somehow claim the free 6 months and pay the additional £2 per month required sperately?

Thanks!

@Chuffster You could speak to customer service, but I doubt they'd be able to alter the promotion. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@Chuffster

I don't know about paying the extra £2 for your package, though you certainly could add the 6 month offer to your existing one.

@Chuffster

The offer is a value equivalent to 6 months so if you are paying more than the £8.99 a month your free time will be less than the 6 months.
The credit is just applied to your Netflix account.

Have you tried to redeem the offer over mobile data, when it’s working?

I guess you need to call customer services then to check why and if your tariff is eligible or not.
