So basically see if I upgrade before the 29 they pay the rest of your phone bill of u can upgrade now I don’t know of it true I only order 1 phone but pages kept freezing so hoping not so be charged but just seen emails it looks alright, this post said is stats that you’ll pay of if u upgrade before the 29

It's correct, I have this same offer on one of my contracts, usually activates in last 3 months before upgrade due.
They pay off the rest of your early upgrade cost, you pay for any upfront handset cost on the selected handset.
