New phone sim swap calls and receiving texts not working

Just upgraded and done a sim swap I can use data and send texts but I can not send/receive calls or receive texts. It is now coming up 24hours since I did this my old sim is now not working and I cannot contact support as live chat is not working and obviously I can't call support as calls not working.

Keep rebooting phone. System is running slower than usual at the moment.
