Solved: New phone, replacement sim and no service

So I replaced a lost phone, cancelled old sim and got new one with old number. Setup for new phone smooth except there’s no service. Am I wrong in assuming an online sim swap is unnecessary? Thanks

You need to contact CS to have the account block lifted.

Ask them to remove the bars. They won't send out an active sim in the post for obvious reasons.
