Hi

I activated my new S10+ phone some days ago. I completed the online form to transfer my old number across to the new phone. I included the PAC code from my old supplier.

The new phone recognises the new and old number on Google 'something' but the phone only works via the new number.

How do I get the phone to recognise the old number ?

Thank you

Were you given a transfer date via text message for your number port?

Ports don't happen at weekends so nothing will happen today of tomorrow, but I would resend the form nd see if you get a response https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

If not, call O2 on Monday morning.

Does your old SIM fit in the new phone, @Quackersbewdley?

Sometimes just moving the SIM is the easiest, if new and old phones are same type (eg Android to Android) and you have not switched from PAYG to Contract (or vv).
