New phone is faulty

I have had my new phone for 14 days and it has developed a fault. I have been in touch with the manufacturer who ran through a sequence of attempts to clear the fault but it persists. They admit that my phone is faulty and I should send it in for repair. I am reluctant to do this as (1) I can't carry out my businesss without a phone and (2) I think that a £1,300 phone should be replaced, not repaired. The fault is a camera fault and, as such, is not an urgent thing that stops me using the phone.

Obviously, at the moment, I can't contact O2 as no live chat and shouldn't telephone as it isn't an urgent problem.

What do you think I should do?
