I already have a phone on contract, which is my phone. I bought my daughter a new phone this week, received it and activated it. She wanted to keep her old number which was an o2 pay as you go number, got intouch with o2 they said they’ll switch it. All good? No. Woke up to an email and message saying I have been disconnected, the phone has disappeared from the my o2 app and I now have to pay upfront. I called up o2 but they were extremely rude to me and didn’t help, all they said was they couldn’t find the number or the phone but were able to give me the name of the phone I had ordered.
what do I do?

@Denise76

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
