New phone cancellation

I have just ordered a new phone but ive seen a better deal for the Iphone 7 so would like to cancel this and order the iphoine 7 instead, is this possible?

@Y36 You cannot just "cancel" the order I'm afraid.

With O2 you have to jump through a few hoops....

First you have to accept delivery of the current order, then swap under the 14 day change of mind policy which involves you returning the phone you have just received and then starting over with a different device.

Remember to take photos of everything and notes of everything and get return posting signed for receipts etc., when sending the phone back ~~ to keep everything right for you @Y36 

Follow all the procedures in order and keep CS informed and keep copies of everything.
