If you were with O2 previously, you can just swap the SIM from old to new phone, or Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update will help.
If you were with a different provider, then a PAC is needed from that provider to start the porting process of your old number to your new O2 SIM: Guide: Migration & porting into O2 will help get you started. Note that porting from one network to a new network does not happen at weekends, so it will be Tuesday at the earliest before your number migrates fully to new SIM. Good luck, @CJ_CJ_CJ.
