I’ve got new phone and sim 

done everything got all my iCloud bk but it says no service so can’t msg swap to activate my sim it won’t let me make a call I’ve turned phone on n off I’ve been on my o2 still nothing

If not, then call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
