New phone and sim pay monthly

I have new phone 5g with new sim. I've ported everything across but how do I get phone on the network 02?

@Sarah46 You need to do a sim swap to the 5G sim: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

Edit: Or, if your area is not 5G capable yet, you can just use your old 4G sim in your new phone.
