New phone and number.. How to link it to broadband account ?

I recentley trashed my phone for personal reasons ( dont ask ) anyway i threw out the sim aswell.

The old sim/number was linked to my broadband account for the £5 discount and was on the Tariff favourite place.

There was still some cash on the phone , the fact i bought a new phone and have a new sim/number how do i link it to my broadband account ?
And is there a way to save the dosh on the last sim( sounding like a scrooge right ?)

Any help/advice is most welcome.

Speak to Customer Services.

I see no reason why they cannot move the unused credit from your old sim to a new one as long as the sim is still live.

Scrooge.... no ! Frugal... yes !
