New phone & replacement sim. Credit still on old phone with old sim. 35hrs now & still no service on new phone. Do I have to return to O2 shop? Right first time?

@Isaac Can you expand what steps you have already done ? 

 

If if the new phone takes the same size sim you just put the sim in it .

 

the more info you give the more people can help etc
