Ideally you should contact O2 and ask for a replacement.
However, getting through to O2 is nigh impossible and they are only taking calls for emergencies.
Add to that you would have to send the whole lot back including the phone.
I would be looking at getting a charger from Amazon.

Hi @vikki-b
I beg to differ. I have bought numerous chargers from Amazon and as long as they are from a seller with a great rating and they are genuine, then they are excellent value.
I wouldn't buy a charger from Ebay but would trust Amazon.
Believe me as a retired nurse I have a thing about cheap chargers having seen the damage they cause.
On the other hand I also agree that you should have the full package when you buy a phone so the decision is up to you.
