Solved: Re: New pay month sim only contract

Just activated my new sim however it has now given me a new phone number. I ensured I gave o2 a PAC Number to ensure I kept my previous phone number, however I have just called my partners mobile and it’s showing up as a new mobile number. He then tried calling me on my previous number and it goes straight to answerphone. Help!
