New pay go sim

I inserted new pay go sim and topped up £25 online but phone calls etc not working and balance still NIL

Did you get a "Top Up Successful" text message?
Did you top up your phone number and not a different one by mistake?
You can check your top up history in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but if in any doubt, give CS a call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
