I have just placed an order (first contract), I signed all the contract and it said order can take up to 24 hours to be processed but I haven’t received no emails or anything to say my order has been placed. Delivery is meant to be tomorrow and paid extra for before 12pm delivery.

It might mean the phone is out of stock. You will get an email to say when it's been dispatched, then you can track it via My O2

If it doesn't come tomorrow then you need to claim your delivery charge back.
