I have ordered a new phone, which comes with a free gift of a samsung watch active. What’s the process for claiming it/ choosing it? Thanks

You will be sent details of how to claim with your order or by email after 14 days.

You'll need to claim via Samsung website too https://www.samsung.com/uk/watch-active-offer/
