Hi there,

 

Does the above picture of a Pre-Order look right at all ?? O2 have verbally said the order is confirmed but I'm a little worried about the "Being Processed" part of it because it sounds like they are still checking things out. O2 have sent me the credit agreement but no order confirmation but again they say that won't happen till I get the pick up from store email. 

Can anyone enlighten me with the state of the Pre-Order please and also when does it move from "Being Processed" to "Waiting for launch day" ??

From my experience, I'd say that was still waiting for credit checks to be completed.

contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thanks for the reply.

Just spoke to the sales team and everythings fine. The tracking page stays like that till the day before the release date. Everything is fine like the credit check and come next Friday I'll have a shiny new Galaxy S23 Ultra to add to my Samsung family of devices I have. Happy days

Samsung is faster and cheaper. I've already got one since yesterday. Not impressed at all tbh.

The phone is not even out yet.  Its officially released on the 17th Feb  every around the world so where did you get your s23 from ?? because if its a unit that gets given to various people to try out it won't be the final version of the phone. Its a bit suspicious that you have one already so I'm pretty sure its not a legal phone.

i pre ordered on the 1st febuary and have just been told by o2 that my order is preparing for dispatch not sure what that means but i know loads of people who have got it before launch day my sisters one was delivered friday and my friend got theirs yesterday ?

anyone know what preparing for dispatch means ?

Samsung Direct and even ID Mobile is 14th Feb delivery. I know someone who has their tracking from DPD for ID Mobile for delivery tomorrow.

yep it seems everyone but o2 customers have their phones 

my sister got hers with 3 and it was delivered on friday really dont know why o2 are holding back
