New order of the Galaxy S23 Ultra

Hi there,

Does the above picture of a Pre-Order look right at all ?? O2 have verbally said the order is confirmed but I'm a little worried about the "Being Processed" part of it because it sounds like they are still checking things out. O2 have sent me the credit agreement but no order confirmation but again they say that won't happen till I get the pick up from store email. 

Can anyone enlighten me with the state of the Pre-Order please and also when does it move from "Being Processed" to "Waiting for launch day" ??

Just looked on my o2. Says it's coming via DHL. But no delivery date as if yet lol. Hope it comes tomorrow 🙏

does it start 1550 ?

if so copy and paste it google dpd tracking and paste it in you should get more info

Still waiting for my email. Frustrating as I was told by someone in a store & on the upgrade page that it would arrive with me on the 17th - I'm seriously starting to doubt that. My old phone isn't dead, but isn't great. I travel for work from Saturday and paid £99 to upgrade early so I had a reliable phone with me. If it doesn't turn up I'll cancel as I may as well wait until May and upgrade for free, assuming I stay with O2 at all, that is. No phone tomorrow might be the final nail in the coffin for me with O2.
