New order not received

I put an order in on Saturday and received all the emails and just waiting on it being dispatched. I spoke to customer care and they said it’s with the credit department. Confused will I get my order or not ??

Normally I would say yes if you have received the contracts and opened the links

Doing that is a digital signature but it's possible they are doing a further credit check if you haven't opened the links @Loulou247

I had a conformation email saying my item was on its way just wait for a dispatch email but not got one of those. Hence why I contacted customer care.

I'm 99% certain that you have been accepted

If the item is not in stock then you will not receive anything else until the phone is dispatched to the courier and you get a tracking number
