Hi

I ordered a new iPad 12.9 inch on Friday - got the CCA agreement, T&Cs etc, but only an email saying they had my order nothing else. It was ordered for a delivery today but I still have 0 information on whether it was accepted, whether it will ever be shipped. I’ve tried ringing but the phone goes dead and I cant find any online chats/support.

Can someone help?

I also did this.... I’m guessing it’s out of stock but difficult to get any confirmation of this from o2.... they were pretty quick however to take the money!!

Is there a way to contact O2 right now because when I ordered it said it was in stock, I wouldn’t have ordered it from O2 if it was out of stock!
