Hi jut wondering if anyone can help?
Im a new customer and have ordered a new pay monthly contract for an iPhone 12 Pro which after ordering I got a notification saying it's out of stock, and would be updated when its available. Had a text a few days after saying still waiting on stock, but almost a week later still not had an update.
Tried ringing customer services but couldn't get through As a new customer and online the order isn't yet showing online - has anyone had any info on when the phone is next back in stock? Or alternatively how I can get through to customer services? Appreciate with Covid/Brexit there will be delays but just looking for a timeframe when ill get the device as had plans the device I'm using

Hi @JoshNorth

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Hi @Cleoriff
Im a new customer and do not yet have an o2 sim card so the 202 number does not work, is there an alternative number for non-o2 phones?

Thanks
Josh

@JoshNorth

Try the 0800 numbers in the link Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

but if they all ask you to enter an O2 number, you can call 08442 02 02 02 however, there is a service charge associated with that number.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
