Hi
I’m thinking of upgrading can I get a new number when upgrading? Also can I change my old sim in my old contract phone to pay as you go keeping the old number? Thank you

Yes to both questions.

Assuming you are now free to upgrade I'd do the PAYG transfer first, then apply for a new contract with a new number. If you just ask for a new number when upgrading, you may lose the old number.

You'll need to pass a credit check too I guess as you'll be taking a new contract.
