I have taken this new contract and am struggling to remember my number has I dyslexia,

Is there any I get simple number to remember please

I know very few people who can remember their own number now but all phones have the ability to store your own contact card with you name, number, email address etc that you can share with other smartphones if required or referred to if you need to read out your number.
