New monthly account

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have recently gone from pay and go to a monthly account, when I try to sign in online it won't let me view anything and is telling me to try with another number as it's reached identity level? Is this because I transferred my number so I can keep it ? I just can't get further to view my bill or anything. Any advice would be grateful.
