Yes. I need to ring. But when I ring it tells me to only carry on if my phone was stolen etc. Or to visit my o2 where I can’t just simply add it on!

Wish they would make things a bit more clear or easier. I got through but couldn’t talk because o2 signal is so poor here. Will have to ring later.

@IzabelaM Many homeowner's contents policies cover mobiles, and many banks do insurance for phones too. Have a search on Google. There are many ways to insure your phone other than through O2, which isn't all that great or inexpensive anyway.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
