Wondering if anyone can help me, the live chat said to talk on the phone and the phone guy said he couldn’t find the account! I recently got an iPad Pro on contract in addition to my current phone, but the SIM card isn’t working at all and the iPad itself isn’t showing up on my login details, only my phone is, it’s like it’s dropped off the face of the earth. I received it this week and thought I’d give it a few days to settle but nothings happened, any ideas?

@Martin-O2 I phoned and also contacted live chat and nothing has worked, they said they’d activate the sim within 24- 48 hours but it’s been over that time frame and still nothing
