Hi,

I have just got a new phone and swapped my sim over to the new device. I was told it would take 24 hours to activate. That was 4 days ago and I still have no signal or mobile data on the new phone. It just says 'no service'. I have turned it on and off and reset the phone a lot but it didn't help.

I'd really appreciate some help,

Thanks,

Barry

@Flan1

Try your old sim if it's the same size, if not and the swap has failed you'll need to call customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Flan1 , how are you getting on today? As it's been a few days since you posted about your SIM, I wanted to check if you managed to get it sorted in the end?
