Hi I applied for a new contract on the 26th May and on the 2nd June I got an update off the credit risk team confirming everything was good and still have yet to receive an update following my order. I've contacted the social media team multiple times and still nothing. 3½ weeks following my order. How long does this normally take for O2?

Unfortunately @Toni89, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help.

 

You need to persevere with O2, and I suggest that you use the social media route as articulated by @Cleoriff
