Hi I'm a new customer I've ordered a phone and delivery is ment to be on Monday 11th do I need to sign anything so it can be dispatched because I've had no email to say its been dispatched yet

@Kare If you haven't received a dispatch email and a tracking number it's highly unlikely that you will receive your phone on Monday. In fact it's highly likely that your phone isn't even in stock, even though the website might have said it was. O2's stock reporting isn't live. Unfortunately, your query is the same as many we see here.
