I requested number transfer Sunday and understood it would take 48 hours to change.  Still not changed.  Can't seem to contact o2 on live chat.  Had to hold on for ages on phone and gave up.  Can I send an email?  Not a good experience so far.

If anyone knows customer service email address that would be very helpful.  Thanks

Sunday wouldn't count so it should have happened at the latest today.

If no change after rebooting your phone then you need to chase up customer services.

If no text I suspect it is still being processed, needs a chat with CS I'm afraid.
