Ive recently made a order for pay monthly, how long does it take to process and order and would they have told me straight away if it had been rejected? They have taken the £70 upfront payment

They may  have taken a deposit to make sure the bills are paid. Have you received any official documents about your contract

Keep your eye on your emails for the contracts to be sent through.
If it has asked you for an account deposit it may be referred to the credit referrals team first.

Yes ive had all the legal documents emailed to me. But i aint recieved an email about delivery or that ive been accepted or rejected

so more like £69.99 then you will have been accepted if you have the airtime contract and cca agreements now it is down to stock next will be the dispatch email what handset ?

You should get one email re the order and an email in a few days telling you about delivery. If you we're rejected you would get an email stating the order had been cancelled. It can take a while for the order to be dispatched of low stock etc. The upfront fee won't have left your bank yet, it will be on hold with your bank and claimed when the order is processed. If your rejected the fee simply want be taken and be available again in seven days.

yes if you have those 2 documents they are the legally binding contracts , and the phone you have ordered will be in very short supply so expect a wait for the dispatch email
