I currently have a contract with yourselves but want an additional contract with sim only starting January 2025. How would I go about getting this

If you want it to Start five months from now you will need to wait as anything you sign up for now will start right away.

There are bound to be price changes in the meanwhile

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
