Hoping for some help here

I got a new contract and I am looking to swap my old number onto my new contract and cancel the old contract.

How do I go about it?

The answer depends on whether you were with O2 for your old contract or not. Also if you upgraded from O2 to O2.

If you upgraded with O2 then you can use your old sim in your new phone, or if you want 5G, do a sim swap when your new sim arrives Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
