Hi I ordered a new contract yesterday I had to pay £20 upfront but it hasn't come out of my bank yet. I have received emails, t&c and one from o2 saying it's all steam ahead our end look out for emails confirming it's progress or despatch but no other emails. Have I been accepted?
I was hoping it would of been delivered today.

O2 will send you a dispatch email when it leaves them. 

Until then, it's either waiting for your order to be processed or out of stock.

Yes, it sounds as if you have been accepted.  The only problem is, the item you ordered may not be in stock as O2's ordering system isn't live and due to the current situation getting more stock is slow.

However, the next step will be an email stating it's been dispatched. Once that happens you will be able to track your order online.
