Hi i apply online for a new contract but i didn't receive a respons or an e-mail ... they take me money from my account .. what i supouse to do ? Thanks

Your best option is to call O2 customer service. Also look in your spam folder.

@Anonymous They will hold your money for a few days until the checks are completed then if you pass then o2 will receive the funds
