Opened a new contract but my o2 account hasn't updated still showing my old one and I also don't have any data

If you opened a new contract you will have a new log in.
Your old log in will relate to the original account.
If you upgraded it should be replaced but not for a new one.

@Anonymous  Can you be a little more specific about what you've done? Did you intend to take out a new contract or were you trying to upgrade?
