Hi,
I went to order a new Iphone on contract and put my card details ready for the £30 upfront. I then had a message saying the credit score was not accepted and to pay £350 upfront, I did not process and went back. But when i looked at my bank account the £30 had been taken out and an account has been set up. I either need this phone sent to me and the account fine, or i need my money back.

o2 will not be sending you the phone, as you have been identified as a risk averse customer, unless you had paid the £350 deposit
O2 Don't have your money, your bank have it and are holding funds they will be released to you depending on your bank it can take between 24hours and 7 days
You can ask the bank to release it early and some will, and some won't...
