Hi there
I have got 3 contracts out with o2, never missed a payment etc. I wanted to get another one for my partner - put us on a family bundle but they keep referring me to a page of credit referrals, but I’ve been accepted prior this? What’s changed? No one can give me an answer on the phone as they are just as confused, they keep telling me to apply but it’s ruining my credit rating with all the checks.

What does the page of credit referrals actually say?

I've never seen such a page before.
