Hi @Anonymous You obviously have a Refresh contract. If so, 2 payments are taken. 1 for the device and the other for the airtime

@Anonymous You will pay your airtime plan at the end of the month when your bill is generated then your device plan is paid 2 weeks later

You will see 2 Direct debit payments taken from your bank 14 days after the bill is produced
1 dd CCA (handset) 2nd dd for airtime and any extras.

Under normal circumstances, payment is taken 14 days after bill is issued. There is a way to check on the O2 website:
Go into Billing, "View current and previous bills", and then there you should see a "Payment history" section.
