New contract was £20 a Month

I recently moved my pay monthly contract from £15 to £20 but just received a bill for £22.74 i have tried to cancel my contract and revert back to my old contract but it won’t let me as there is no one to chat to to do this can anyone help

I like most people have to pull in our draw strings in this difficult time. As said in previous message i have tried to cancel but not able to?

Hi @Mal1 

The extra amount will be pro rata for your first bill on your new contract. It should revert back to normal next month.

Thank you for your reply the bill date i received was for a full month i was told it would be no more than £20 a month but at these trouble times i want to go back to my old contract but not able to do so as no one to chat to?

You can't go back. You have agreed and signed up to a new contract. Be patient. The amount you agreed will be what you pay next month, although the annual RPI will be added.
