Hello

I have just ordered an ipad, via contract, at the end of the signing up process it said that I will be told within 24 hours if I have been accepted.

I have an email from o2, with the title "we have received your order. You're all set" does this mean. I have been accepted? I have been sent legal documents.

When I placed my order, it gave me 2 "sets" of the bill. Would this mean that I am paying for the IPad for one section and the other section the number/sim contract? It says device and airtime. Does this mean I can cancel the airtime whenever I want and keep the device as long as I pay for the device payments?

It said that the device will be with me in 6 weeks or so, I opted out of the "offers" as it said I can add these later, didn't know if i got it would it start when I get the device or now?

When I try and sign in to see my o2 account it wont let me saying they cant find my account, anyway of getting this sorted...?

Generally this is good news, although you could still be refused. You can call O2 to check. Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Does this mean I can cancel the airtime whenever I want and keep the device as long as I pay for the device payments? With refresh you get 2 bills, 1 for the device and 1 for the sim contract Guide: How does O2 Refresh work? you can only cancel the sim contract after you have paid off the device plan fully.

How to choose an offer here Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  You can choose one at anytime once your new account is active but must be within 28 days of jining or upgrading.

When I try and sign in to see my o2 account it wont let me saying they cant find my account, anyway of getting this sorted...? Your MYO2 won't be active until your device is shipped to you and activated.
