hi,
I have received a new phone and sim off 02 earlier today I have messaged the number to activate my new sim card but when I try to make a call it says invalid number but I still get messages through
Any ideas ?

@Josh_fairhurst1 Not sure if it will help, but try turning your phone off and back on again.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If this was an upgrade you can just use your old sim card. If it's a replacement device you will need to contact customer service in the morning.

Hi I can't contact 02 as it is saying invalid number on every contact I have got won't let me ring out atall

You can call customer service for free on 0800 032 1402 using Skype. The Skype app is also free to download. Best time to try to get through is 8 am.
