I recently took out a 2gb contract for 12£ today is there anyway I could change it to the 20gb £15 package? Thanks

You could try to call O2. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

However you may have to accept this and then upgrade later.

It may allow you to upgrade again, it won't allow you to downgrade though.

You'll be able to change in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 after the first month.
