New contract for item not ordered

I have just received a new contract for an Apple iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2018 1TB. I did not order such item, and anyway i have not received said item. Is this a hoax as you seem to have all my details?

If this is on your account, and you have not ordered anything, I would be phoning customer service and asking what is going on.

This is not customer services, it's the O2 community forum. As @gmarkj said above you need to ring customer services and ask them about this item which you never ordered. Do it asap. Do not use live chat.

Sounds suspicious. Good you asked here on the community forum.
Call o2 Customer services as advised.
You could also probably check on your MYO2 account.
But anyway clear this up with CS.
