Hi, Does it mean if you already have a Prime subscription you can't benefit from the 3 months Prime Video extra? When I goto redeem it it says something along the lines that my Amazon account is not compatible with the offer.

Reading those terms and conditions, yes if you already have a Prime subscription then it won't work.
Basically if you have one of the offers already, you have to choose another one.

And use a different email address to the one used for Prime already.
