Hi Firstly I cannot get through to the chat help line tonight - have I been barred!!!!!
2nd On Friday a luvly lad sorted out a new contract for me at a reduced fee. She said it would be online on Sat (25th) so that it would coincide with the end of the month for previous contract.
Is it cos its a weekend that the details/price have nt changed yet. I wanted to check the usage as this will be new from on.
