Hi, joined O2 recently.

 

Selected the Disney+ addon as it was a part of the deal, however, now I have my account, its not listed. O2 are being no help, no response to Twitter.

 

Anyone else experiancing this? To make matters worse, my MY02 account is not working either.

You could try with Skype if you have it

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy

Find your extras in your MyO2 and click on the Disney extra to select it.

You then need to wait for an email to say it's been set up for you, then go back to your MyO2 to redeem the offer. It will take you to the Disney site to complete your sign in. 

Your voucher code should be filled in automatically
